“ Clements is a family business founded by my parents, Mike and Donna Clements, in 1985. They built the company on a foundation of relationships, integrity, commitment and excellence, all values that continue to guide us today. My husband Chase and I joined in 2007, shortly after we graduated college. Since then, we have expanded from two plants to ten locations across Texas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Chase and I are deeply committed to carrying on my parents’ legacy while also preparing the company for the future. Forty years later, our mission remains the same: to unearth and unleash the God-given potential in every person and every well we encounter.
