Since we last spoke with Borger Refinery ’ s operatives , P66 assigned a new General Manager , Sean Smith , to the site in 2021 . Having started with P66 in 2005 , Sean boasts decades of industry experience and expertise , which he has gained from several roles like Refining Process Technology Manager and Manager of Global Optimization .
