Being a renewable energy company , Solarsense ’ s commitment to sustainability is obvious , but this commitment goes much further than just the product and services it provides . Ashley outlines some of the company ’ s sustainability initiatives : “ Aside from the products , we also take as many metrics as we can to make sure all areas are as efficient and low impact as possible . For example , all our cars are electric . We do have an electric van as well but unfortunately the model is not yet suitable for a full roll-out as with a load their range drops to only 70 miles . We are also receiving certification as an ISO 14001 company which ensures high standards in terms of environmental impact . On top of this , we make sure we recycle our waste , bringing back cardboard for recycling , and working with partners who can recycle the PV panels . PV panels go through a journey which almost doubles their power every five years . Where viable , we ’ re now removing panels
